Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite execution of the work, payment of Rs.187.37 crores is not being released by the respondents to the petitioner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the disputed questions of fact, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to respondent No2. Chief Engineer, HUDA to consider the claim of the petitioner, as put forth in Annexure P-30 dated 27.1.2017 and Annexure P-33 dated 15.2.2017, within a period of two months by passing a speaking order, after a receipt of a certified copy of this Order. The order will be communicated to the petitioner. In case the petitioner is held entitled to any amount, the same may be released to him expeditiously.
