(Oral) The present petition is for quashing of order dated 02.03.2017 and further prayer is for writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to keep the petitioner in service on some supernumerary post up to the age of 60 years and to release full salary along with consequential benefits. On notice, a reply dated 01.12.2017 has been filed by the respondents stating there in that petitioner has expired on 04.11.2017 (R-1) and it has been stated that the petitioner has been held entitled to salary from 23.12.2016 to 31.01.2016.

Since the petitioner expired on 04.11.2017, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Disposed of.
