FAO-M-375-2013 (O&M) permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent-husband as the appeal is continuation of proceedings of the lower Court. The claim of the respondent for divorce having been abandoned and the parties living together, the appeal becomes infructuous and the same stands disposed of accordingly. The judgment and decree dated 3.9.2013, will be inoperative and is hereby set aside.
