RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for deciding the representation dated 04.04.2022, Annexure P-2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 04.04.2022, Annexure P-2, is decided in a time-bound manner.

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, to look into the representation, dated 04.04.2022, Annexure P-2 and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from today.
