AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Concededly, the land which is sought to be demarcated according to counsel for the petitioner, who is one of the co-sharers. The prayer sought in the present writ petition is for directing respondent No.4 to conduct demarcation of the land wherein the petitioner is co-sharer. In view of the aforementioned fact, the demarcation cannot be conducted and the petitioner is at liberty to seek partition of the land and get her share in accordance with law.
