Parties have settled their dispute. Pursuant to the settlement agreement entered into between the parties on 09.05.2022 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over demand draft No.995843 dated 28.07.2022 for an amount of `3,50,000/- to the learned counsel for the appellant, which has been accepted by the appellant towards full and final settlement. Statements of both the parties have been recorded in this regard.

Since all the conditions of the settlement agreement have been RAVINDER SINGH 2022.08.06 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
