CWP No.18798 of 2023 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint before the Vigilance Department was pending at the time of retirement of the petitioner, which is stated to be still pending, hence keeping in view Rule 81 of the Haryana Civil Services (Pension) Ruloes, 2016, present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition seeking directions to the respondents to conclude the process of the said complaint expeditiously.
