Mr. Sandeep S. Mann, Sr. DAG, Haryana accepts notice. The prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is twofold: (i) regarding quashing the impugned orders dated 31.01.2017 (Annexure P-3) and 10.03.2017 (Annexure P-4) and (ii) directing the respondents to rejoin the petitioner at GBN Govt. Polytechnic, Nilokheri, District Karnal on the premise that the order has not been passed by the Director General, though the aforementioned order has been sent to the Head of the Department Mech., Principal, Government Polytechnic for Women, Faridabad, much less, Director General also.

The order dated 10.03.2017 (Annexure P-4), in my view, has not been appreciated as it is in compliance of the order dated 19.12.2016 passed by the Director General, Technical Education, Haryana. Respondent No.2 is directed to allow the petitioner to inform the Principal, Govt. Ploytechnic for Women, Faridabad to comply with the order whereby she has been relieved as Library Assistant from the GBN, Govt. Polytechnic, Nilokheri with immediate effect. CWP No.7195 of 2017 -2As regards the other grievance of the petitioner, she is at liberty to make a representation qua her transfer by taking the aid of the transfer policy of Class III and Class IV Govt. employees of State of Haryana. With the aforementioned observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
