**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned his transfer from DIET Nabha to Government Senior Secondary School, Khanouri Kalan, District Sangrur. His main plea is that his transfer is at the behest of respondent No.3 with whom he has personal differences. Reply has, however, been filed on behalf of the State. According to same, the petitioner has been transferred on the basis of administrative grounds.
As transfer is exigency of service, no interference is called for. Disposed of. Needless to observed that the authority shall be at liberty to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer to a nearby place in the next proposal.
