RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside the impugned Naksha-A, dated 31.12.2010, Sanad Takseem dated 16.08.2018, and Warrant of Possession, dated 16.08.2018, Annexures P-14 to P-16, issued by respondent No.14. It is further prayed to stay the operation of Annexures P-14 to P-16 during pendency of the present petition.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
