This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 31.01.2024 passed in CWP-1992-2024. 2.
Vide order dated 31.01.2024, the petition being CWP-1992-2024 was disposed off directing the respondent herein to ensure that the inquiry marked to the Tehsildar be concluded within a period of two months. Learned State counsel states that the said inquiry was concluded vide order dated 27.08.2024 and the representation made by the petitioner herein was rejected. 3.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. Needless to say, that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
