Petitioner relies upon order passed in CWP No. 3826 of 2018 titled as Sukhwinder Kumar Vs. State of Punjab & ors. decided on 24.09.2018. According to her, petitioner is entitled for premature release in view of same.

Learned State counsel submits that a fresh order shall be passed after considering the judgment in Sukhwinder Kumar's case (supra). In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
