Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail remedy of appeal against the order of assessment. He further submitted that as period for filing appeal has expired during the pendency of the present petition, he may be given some time to file the same. Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection to the prayer of the petitioner being granted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal against the order of assessment. In case the appeal is filed on or before 22.10.2018, the same shall not be dismissed only on the ground of delay.
