NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. is for transfer of petition under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 along with application for interim maintenance titled as 'Manjit Kaur and others vs. Mandeep Singh and others' (COMA/63/2019) filed on 25.02.2019, (Annexure P-1) from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jaladhar to any other Court of competent jurisdiction SAS Nagar (Mohali) City.
At the outset, learned counsel the respondents submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the main petition filed by the petitioner herein under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, bearing No. COMA/63/ 2019 has already been dismissed in default under Order 9 Rule 8 CPC by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, vide order dated 04.02.2020 and also produced copy of case status. The same is taken on RISHU KATARIA 2024.03.19 17:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, despite the case having been called twice.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application to revive the same, if so advised, within a period of 03 months from today.
