The present petition has been filed for quashing the impugned notice dated 17.05.2022 vide which the existing allocations of the selected clerks has been cancelled and they have been asked to apply for re-allocation. 2.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was selected as Clerk, pursuant to the advertisement dated 20.06.2019 under the EWS category. He was given posting in the Board of School Education, Haryana, for which the requirement of 60% marks in 12th, however, on revision of the result, certain candidates, who were not fulfilling the aforesaid condition, but were wrongly allocated the Board and thereafter, the petitioner was sent to Revenue and Disaster Management, despite having the requisite percentage. Learned counsel submits that the written statement is silent on this aspect and on instructions from the petitioner prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide his representation dated 21.07.2022, Annexure P-10, which is still pending, in a time bound manner by granting him an opportunity of hearing. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 21.07.2022, within a period of 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon !"#"$
