By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of writs in the nature of mandamus direction respondent No.2 to grant Annuity in favour of petitioner-landowner in pursuance to notification dated 09.11.2010.

Learned State counsel informs this Court that on a representation submitted by the petitioner a speaking order dated 27.04.2023 has been passed by the Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Estates Department, Rohtak, declining the relief. 3.

Faced with this, learned counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars challenging the order dated 27.04.2023 as well. 4.
