The respondent submits that he has already withdrawn petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred in the present application.

In view of the statement so got recorded, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
