Both the parties along with their counsel are present. They suffered individual statements in 2nd motion. A sum of `2 lacs towards the remaining part maintenance/permanent alimony and other claims was tendered in the shape of bank draft by petitioner no.2 to petitioner no.1, who received the same. It is found that they are living separately for the past nine long years. There was no scope for them to live together as husband and wife. The averments made by them in the affidavits are also true.
