[1] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 268, dated 11th August, 2020, under Section 379-A registered at Police Station Sector 31, Faridabad. [2] After arguing for some time and realizing that complainant is yet to be examined, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage.

[3] The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
