RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing order dated 06.06.2019 (Annexure P-2) of the trial Court, in case FIR No. 19 dated 08.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 399, 402 and 120-B IPC and Sections 13 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Cantt., District Bathinda, whereby bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 04.09.2019, petitioner appeared before the trial Court and has been enlarged on bail. Now, he is regularly appearing before the trial Court.

In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and the same is disposed of, accordingly.
