PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.96 dated 05.08.2020, registered for offences punishable under Section 61/1/14 of Excise Act, at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.

Vide order dated 19th of September, 2022, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the Trial Court. 3.

Today, Counsel for the petitioner has produced order dated 19th of October, 2022 passed by ACJM, Moga to show that in compliance of the said order, the petitioner surrendered and stands admitted to ad interim bail. 4.

This is a case wherein the petitioner earlier jumped the bail resulting in cancellation of his bail bonds and issuance of arrest warrants. 5.

Keeping in view that the petitioner has now surrendered before the Trial Court and undertakes to continue to attend the trial, order dated DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.11.24 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judicial document, which is scanned copy of the original
