This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents no.4 to 9 and to investigate the case properly and further, to decide the reminder representation dated 27.07.2022 (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternative remedies available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
