(Oral) The petitioner, who is working as Canal Patwari in Lehal Canal Division, Department of Water Resources, Punjab, assails order dated 14.8.2023 (Annexure P-1), vide which he was ordered to be transferred from District Patiala to District Fazilka.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if at this stage the respondent considers his representation dated 'NIL' (Annexure P-2). Having regard to the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation (Annexure P-2) expeditiously in accordance with law.
