The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for the issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct a free and fair investigation in FIR No.92 dated 14.08.2024 registered at Police Station Koom Kalan under Sections 379, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC and to take necessary legal action against respondent Nos.5 and 6. 2.

The learned counsel for the State submits that respondent No.5 has joined the investigation and the challan against him shall be presented within a period of 04 weeks. As regards respondent No.6, he has been found to be innocent.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
