Copy of order dated 11.11.2025 of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar reflects that this Court vide order dated 28.10.2025 passed in CRM-M-43759-2025 has quashed the aforementioned FIR. The petition for quashing of the FIR on merits of the case, therefore becomes infructuous.
