Dated Police Station Sections 30.06.2024 Shahbad, District Kurukshetra 148, 149, 341, 307, 120-B IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act Seeking directions to official respondents to provide medical assistance to the petitioner, who is confined in District Jail, Kurukshetra in the FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

The limited prayer for which the petitioner has come up before this Court is that he is aggrieved by the lack of proper medical assistance provided to him in the District Jail, Kurukshetra.

Notices are served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 4.

Counsel for the State on instructions submits that there is no need to issue any directions and the State on their own would ensure that all proper medical assistance is given to the petitioner. Given such assurance by the State counsel, no further order is required to pass and the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the concerned Superintendent of Jail to provide adequate medical assistance to the petitioner as per his requirement.
