(Oral) The prayer made in the writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing any independent agency to conduct the independent and impartial enquiry against the role of respondent No.2 to 4, who exercised their official powers in an illegal and arbitrary manner and without any adequate reasons blocked the private vehicle No. PB65AH 2643 in their system since December, 2016, due to which the petitioner is not able to do his business. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy as may be available to him, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
