The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to 3 to get the matter pertaining to FIR No.93 dated 16.10.2018 under Sections 323, 376, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Women Ballabgarh, District Faridabad investigated properly as well as to take action against respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the aforesaid FIR was registered about 10 months back but no action has been taken thereupon and that in fact even the accused has not been arrested so far.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing anything on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a GAURAV SOROT 2019.09.04 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
