In the index of the petition, reference was made to pendency of CWP16036-2017 and 18171-2017, which as a matter of fact, came to be dismissed vide judgment dated 01.08.2024, against which no LPA has been filed. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petition any further.
