(ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 312 dated 8.9.2018 under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sector-34, Chandigarh. Custody certificate by way of affidavit of Amandeep Singh, Deputy Superintendent, Model Jail, Chandigarh has been filed which is taken on record.

Though as per the custody certificate, the petitioner has undergone 01 year 04 months and 26 days of custody but there are 21 FIRs against the petitioner out of which, he stands convicted in eight FIRs. No ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out. The petition is dismissed.
