The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3 to not to disburse the amount of compensation to the private respondents till the decision of the appeal dated 07.11.2023 (Annexure P-4).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
