Apprehending their arrest in FIR No.75 dated 01.06.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 351(2) 62, 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda, Punjab; the petitioners have preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail. Inter alia contends that no injury

P a g e | 2 whatsoever has been caused at the end of the petitioners; there is a dispute pertaining to agricultural land; the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, which was subsequently declined on account of their non cooperation & the petitioners are willing to join investigation and cooperate therein. Notice of motion. On asking of the Court, Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh, Sr. DAG, Punjab, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Adjourned to 07.08.2025. The petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 17.07.2025 at 11:00 A.M. in concerned Police Station and join investigation.
