During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respective parties are ad idem that the present petition can be disposed of in light of the fact that a civil suit (Annexure P-9) titled as "Jaspal Gir versus Hardayal Gir" preferred by respondent No.5 (Jaspal Gir) is pending adjudication before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patiala and that both the parties would abide by the final outcome of the said suit and till that time, the parties shall maintain status quo as regarding possession, alienation and nature of the property.
2.1 It is also not disputed that another suit which was filed by the petitioners seeking joint possession and declaration regarding inheritance to the estate of the Amargir Singh (deceased) stands withdrawn by them. 3.
Keeping in view the above, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction that during the pendency of the civil suit (Annexure P-9) titled as "Jaspal Gir versus Hardayal Gir", the parties shall maintain status quo regarding as possession, alienation and nature of the suit property. It is further directed that the Revenue Authorities shall make an entry in the remarks column as regards the khewat which comprises of land in dispute; indicating the factum that the civil suit (Annexure P-9) regarding the estate of Amar Gir (deceased) is pending adjudication in the Court of learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Patiala.
