Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as FIR in question has been quashed by coordinate Bench in CRM M-28088 of 2017 on the basis of compromise. Copy of the order has been produced. Same is taken on record.

In view of above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
