The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the petitioner's admissible terminal and service benefits, including leave encashment, refund of security, arrears of salary on account of revision of pay scales w.e.f. 01.01.2016 and all other consequential dues, along with interest @ 18% per annum on the delayed payment thereof. 2.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
