4) However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to within one week prefer an appropriate application before the authority concerned, claiming therein the relief claimed in the instant criminal writ petition. Upon the afore application, if filed before the appropriate authority concerned, the latter is directed to, through a speaking order, and, in accordance with relevant rules, and, statutes, hence make a decision thereon, within three weeks thereafter.
