***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.125 dated 16.10.2022, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code,1860 at Police Station, Dirba, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 23.08.2023 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same. 3.

Learned State counsel, as per his instructions from ASI Satyanarayan, submits that petitioners have joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by them, no custodial interrogation of petitioners are required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioners are no more required and they have already joined investigation and cooperated with POONAM RATHORE 2023.10.18 13:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement
