This is a petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 20.05.2024 passed in CWP-11866-2024.

Vide order dated 20.05.2024 passed in CWP-11866-2024, it was directed that if any representation is filed by the petitioner, the same be decided within a period of four weeks. As per compliance report dated 05.09.2024, representation stands decided vide order dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure R-1) after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the compliance report dated 05.09.2024, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
