The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 484, dated 23.07.2020 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149, 506 of IPC and Section 307 of IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak, Haryana (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 17.05.2022 (Annexure P-2), effected between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for private respondents No.2 to 4 submits that there is no compromise between the parties. Rather, it is contended that even after filing of the present petition, daughter of the complainant - Jai Parkash, was given beatings by the petitioner side. 3.
