The present case pertains to the year 2010. On the last date of hearing, as none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellant as well as his counsel for the date fixed.

As per report of the Registry, learned counsel for the appellant has been informed about the date fixed vide letter dated 11.03.2026, whereas, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that he has died.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. 4.
