Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.101 dated 21.06.2012 under Sections 302, 201, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Mr.Sidakmeet Singh Sandhu, Asstt. Advocate General, Punjab, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested the petition.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that earlier the petitioner was on regular bail and he was regularly appearing before the trial court but he absented VINEET GULATI 2019.09.11 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh from the Court proceedings on 30.05.2019 and surrendered on 03.06.2019.
