Criminal Misc. Application bearing No.CRM-11689-2026, under Section 528 BNSS, has been filed seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRA-AS-222-2019, which is listed for 08.07.2026. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that multiple litigations were pending between the parties; however, the parties have now entered into a compromise and have amicably resolved their disputes.

In view of the said settlement, applicant/appellant does not wish to pursue the present appeal any further, and intends to withdraw the same. It is, therefore, prayed that on his oral request, date of hearing in the main appeal, which is fixed for 08.07.2026, be preponed to enable the applicant/appellant to formally withdraw the same.
