(ORAL) Prayer in this appeal is to set aside order dated 9.7.2015, whereby the District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon, has assessed maintenance pendente lite at Rs.11,000/- per month. We have heard counsel for the appellant and appraised the impugned order.

A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the learned Family Court has recorded an admission by the appellant that his family owns considerable properties. As counsel for the appellant asserts that neither the appellant nor his counsel made any such admission, the appellant is required to approach the Family Court for review/clarification Dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
