(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned letter dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-8) as well as the specific condition imposed in CLU dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure P-7).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
