Mr. Jitender Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana. TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (ORAL) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefits of notional pay fixation and seniority to the petitioner by fixing his pay at par with juniors. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the petitioner's case for grant of due benefits is under consideration with the Department, and appropriate decision thereupon will be taken by the second respondent/Director Secondary School Education within three months. She also contends that in case he is found eligible to the due benefits, the same will be released within four weeks thereafter.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4.
