In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release all the retiral benefits of the petitioner, which have been withheld by the respondents and also to grant promotional benefits to the petitoner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide legal notice dated 22.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
