The application is disposed of.

F.A.O No. 5103 of 2015 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellants have been given cheque No. 605720 dated 15.03.2018 amounting to Rs.5.50 lacs towards full and final settlement. The copy of the cheque is taken on record as Annexure A-1. In view of the above factual position, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
