This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-9) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran in FIR No.137, dated 15.11.2018 registered under Sections 22 NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Bhikhiwnid, District Tarn Taran.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Salwinder Singh has stated that the petitioner stands arrested on 12.01.2024 and thereafter on completion of investigation, challan has been presented on 04.03.2024. 4.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the instant petition. 5.
