(Oral) As per the compliance affidavit, a public notice (Annexure R-3) was already issued inviting the application of the land owners, whose land was acquired in the various urban estates in Haryana and the oustees were requested to apply along with an application money in terms of the existing policies.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
