(Oral) The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing FIR No. 113 dated 17.8.2019, under Section 306 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 01.8.2023 (Annexure P-2). Mr. R.K. Kashyap, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 and filed his Power of Attorney, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
